It’s been quiet here – I’ve been quietly working on a little project. Winter is cozy and quiet, but it is also dark, and filled with long grey days.
I have found some things that help me through these winter days and nights – cooking, lighting candles, shoveling snow, taking a walk no matter how cold or dreary, a hot bubble bath every night, and it’s a great time to do what you love. For me it’s writing projects.
Here is a little cover reveal for a poetry chapbook that I have been putting together. A chapbook is a small, themed book of poetry.
My hope is that this will become a gift that you can give to your mothers, sisters, co-workers and friends. It stems from the series I’ve been writing on the salt of the earth.
It’s headed to the printer this week!
